技術挑戰指數：★★★★開發一些新產品，需要經過非常多的開會討論，還有修正改進，這些過程常常都是被公司設定為商業機密，算是公司資產的一部分，但是會有一些同業挖角的情形發生，希望可以從舊公司帶點商業機密到新公司的傳聞，雖然跳槽的薪水一定比原來的公司高，但是你要面對的，可能就會是法律責任了。
