各department之間是互助還是互害？

技術挑戰指數：★★★★一間公司分成很多部門，很多部門又分成組別，但是很多組別又分成很多派系這點，似乎已經在公司裡成為公開的規範一樣，但是，常常因為這些小區塊小區塊之間有疙瘩，而使得公事難以解決，要如何讓公司部門間維持平和，考驗著各部門主管的處理方式......
