技術挑戰指數：★★★市面上很多公司為了增加市場開發、成本或風險分散、圍堵或吸收競爭者....等，採取策略聯盟，因為雙方擁有共同的商業目標，可能是正式與非正式的合作關係；策略聯盟比賣方與客戶的關係更深，又不像商業併購那麼絕對。
