Dan and Jessie are taking in a basketball game. Jessie isn't familiar with all of the rules, so Dan is explaining some things to her that she doesn't understand.
Jessie: Why did the referee blow the whistle?
Jessie:
Dan: He blew the whistle because number 23 was fouled by number 33 as he drove to the hoop.

Jessie: I didn't see 33 make any contact.

Jessie:
Dan: Well, that's what he is arguing about now with the ref. He better cool down or he'll get a technical foul too!

Jessie: So now what happens?

Jessie:
Dan: Now number 23 will shoot two free throws.

Dan:
Jessie: Great! He made the first one!

Jessie:
Dan: I'm surprised that he made it. His free throw percentage hasn't been that good all season.

Jessie: Oh! He missed.

Jessie: 噢!
Dan: Yeah. And 33 just got the rebound!

Dan:
Jessie: The referee just blew the whistle again! Now what?

Jessie:
Dan: Number 11 was called for double dribbling!

Dan: 11
Jessie: What is that?

Jessie:
Dan: It's when a player dribbles the ball and then touches the ball with both hands, and starts to dribble again without shooting or passing the ball. It's a violation!
