Sharing the Love

As the only child in her family, 10-year-old Anna never felt alone because her parents loved her a lot. She was their top priority1, so she always got her way. However, things changed when Anna's mother told her she was going to be a big sister and had to become more mature.

Anna didn't want to share her parents' love, but after her mother delivered her baby brother, their focus shifted to him. Anna felt neglected and very jealous. One day, out of curiosity, she leaned over the crib2 and took a good look at her baby brother. He was so tiny and cute that Anna couldn't resist gently touching his chubby3 cheeks. This made him open his eyes and grin at her. At that moment, Anna's heart melted, and she never gave a second thought to sharing her parents' love.
